Polk & Co., the automotive intelligence market leader, today announced the integration of Polk’s Lead Scoring offering into Saleztrack’s new Internet Lead Management (ILM) tool, Digitrack.
The agreement enables Saleztrack to use the automotive intelligence and sophisticated analytics of Polk Lead Scoring to help dealers identify which leads have the highest purchase probability. Follow-up processes including automatic calls, text messaging and e-mails with video test drives performed by Digitrack convert prospects into real customers.
